I think I made my cookies too large so I had some leftover chocolate bar. I zapped the remaining chocolate with a spot of Crisco and drizzled it on top of the cookies. Then there was a little chocolate in every bite instead of just the spot in the middle.

SWEET! You know, when I finished making them, I told Alan that I really thought they could use a drizzle of chocolate on top. He said, "nah...they've already got enough." Silly man. You can never have too much chocolate. Great minds think alike!
