Citrus Yogurt Muffins

2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. lemon yogurt (I just use one container of yogurt.)
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. grated orange or lemon peel (I usually just use the zest from one orange

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice

Mix eggs, Bisquick, lemon yogurt, sugar, milk, and oil until well mixed. Add orange or lemon peel and stir until incorporated. Fill muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. While baking, mix powdered sugar and orange juice together in a small bowl. After removing muffins from oven, cool slightly and drizzle with powdered sugar/orange juice mixture. These really are best when eaten the first day.

The original recipe is from the Betty Crocker Bisquick Cookbook. This recipe has some modifications from that original recipe.
