Oh I've been craving those. Deeeeelicious! I'm curious, though, if you had issues with the lemon layer running underneath the cream cheese layer. The first time I made them about half ran under, and the second time all of it ran under despite me trying very hard to be careful. Still tasty - just not quite as attractive. I've also found that they are even better the next day when the lemon has reached full potency. Mmmm.
