Remember the cheesecake lemon bar recipe Heidi posted a few weeks ago? Well, I'm adding my testimonial to hers. I made them earlier in the week & thought I had died and gone to citrus heaven. MAKE THEM. You'll LOVE THEM.
Oh I've been craving those. Deeeeelicious! I'm curious, though, if you had issues with the lemon layer running underneath the cream cheese layer. The first time I made them about half ran under, and the second time all of it ran under despite me trying very hard to be careful. Still tasty - just not quite as attractive. I've also found that they are even better the next day when the lemon has reached full potency. Mmmm.
