Eating Well

Kimmy and I live a simple life--at least where our food is concerned. We had one of our favorite meals tonight. Tilapia (we buy it frozen from Costco--it doesn't taste too fishy), steamed zucchini, and fruit. Here's our favorite way to prepare the low-fat fish dish.

Take a fish fillet (we often just pull it right out of the freezer) & place it on a foil covered pan (sprayed with Pam). We like to use the Lawry's Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade and spread it on the fish. We then sprinkle a touch of lemon pepper & stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It is really wonderful--good for you, too. Oh, and it would be amazing grilled.
