1 head cauliflower cut up small
1 bunch of broccolii cut up small
2 lbs frozen peas, uncooked (I used 1 lbs and thought it was too much)
1 can water chestnuts, raw and sliced
2 bunches green onions, chopped or sliced
1 pkg Italian Good Seasoning Dressing, use dry
1 pint sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup Miracle Whip
Mix all ingredients and chill for 3 or 4 hours before serving. (I sprinkled salted cashews and a few craisens on the top before I served it too.)
