My sister Natalie and I made tortilla chips for our little ones the other day. It was easy, fun and delicious. We used holiday cookie cutters (we thought ABC ones would be cute) and cut out all kinds of shapes and sizes. We also used different flavors of tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5min or so. We sprayed both sides of tortilla with cooking spray. We served ours with layered bean dip and hummus. The kids and adults ate them all up!
My niece Leah loves her homemade tortilla chip!

Homemade tortilla chips in fun shapes. . .oh, that's right up my alley.
Leah is so darling. . .and happy about her tortilla chips. She's one lucky little girl.
What a great idea! I'm going to have to give them a go!
I thought it would be fun to make leaves and serve them with Taco soup or chili....really there is no end.
Did you use flour tortillas or corn tortillas? It probably doesn't matter much, but I'm just curious if you noticed a difference in how they came out.
I LOVE that idea!! Totally going to have to do that one. Thanks!
